These terms govern your use of the Johnathan Academy website. By using the site you accept them.

About the Information Here

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but course offerings, fees, schedules, and policies can change. Where information on this site differs from what the school provides in writing — an offer of admission, an invoice, or a formal notice — the written communication governs.

Exam dates, subject availability, and registration deadlines are set by the College Board and may be revised by them at any time. Always confirm your individual exam times in your My AP account.

AP Exam Registration

Registering through this site creates a request for a seat, not a guarantee of one. A seat is confirmed only when payment has been received and the registration shows as confirmed.

Seats in each subject are limited. Where a subject reaches capacity, remaining requests are declined and any amount taken is returned.

Join Codes are issued to the student's primary email address and must be used within the period stated in the email that carries them. A code that is not used within that period may lapse, and the seat may be released.

It is the candidate's responsibility to provide a working email address, to monitor it including junk folders, to know their College Board credentials, and to bring government-issued photo identification on exam day.

Fees and Refunds

Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are payable in full at the time of registration. The fee applicable to a registration is the one in effect when the registration is completed.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and on College Board rules for the relevant exam cycle. Requests should be directed to the school office, which will confirm what applies to your case in writing before any refund is processed.

Acceptable Use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its systems, interfere with its operation, submit registrations you do not intend to complete, or use automated tools to reserve seats.

Text, images, the school crest, and other material on this site belong to Johnathan Academy or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with the school. Please ask before republishing.
