AP exam dates are set by the College Board, not by the school. They are the same worldwide, and the school cannot move a candidate's exam to a different day.

The Two Windows

Regular testing runs over two weeks in early May. Late testing follows in the third week. Late testing exists for genuine conflicts — two exams scheduled at the same time, illness, or an approved reason — not as a convenience option.

Which window your subject falls in depends on the subject. Some appear in both.

Your Individual Times

The published schedule tells you the day. *Your own start time is in your My AP account* — check it there rather than working from the general schedule, and check which campus you are assigned to.

Morning sessions typically begin admission around 7:40 AM and afternoon sessions around 11:45 AM. Arrive no later than fifteen minutes before your scheduled start; once the room closes, latecomers cannot be admitted.

Two Campuses

Which building you write in depends on your subject, not on your preference. Both are on Oak Street a short distance apart, and being at the wrong one costs you the exam.

  • Main Campus — 400-5750 Oak Street, entrance at the southeast corner of Oak and 41st
  • Exam Campus — 5840 Oak Street, entrance at the rear of the building facing east

We send a reminder email before exam day confirming your campus. It goes to the address registered in My AP, so keep that address monitored — including the junk folder.

If a Date Looks Wrong

If the date shown for one of your exams does not match the published schedule, send your government-issued photo ID and the exam name to [email protected]. Raise it as soon as you notice; the closer to May, the fewer the options.
