Visits during school hours should be arranged in advance through the admissions office — arriving unannounced usually means waiting for whoever you need to become free.
When You Write
Including these makes a reply useful the first time:
- The student's full legal name as it appears on their documents
- Current grade and school
- For exam questions, the subject and exam date
Response Times
Enquiries are answered during school hours on business days. During the AP registration window in September and October, and again when Join Codes are issued in November, volume is high — allow extra time, and check the junk folder before resending.
