Exam Day Policies

Important information for all students taking AP or SAT exams at Johnathan Academy.

Arrival

Students must arrive no later than 15 minutes before their exam is scheduled. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Identification

Bring a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, or Permanent Resident Card). Students without valid photo ID will not be allowed to take the exam.

Electronic Devices

No personal electronic devices are permitted in the exam room, except for approved calculators and the exam laptop for digital exams.

Bluebook Software

Students must have College Board's Bluebook software installed on their personal computer. It is highly recommended to download and practice with Bluebook prior to exam day.

Login Credentials

Students must know their College Board login credentials. Exam staff cannot provide login support on exam day.

What to Bring

Government-issued photo ID, No. 2 or HB pencils, pens with black or dark blue ink, eraser, approved calculator, watch without internet access.

Do NOT Bring

Phones, smartwatches, fitness trackers, cameras, recording devices, books, notes, scratch paper, food or drink, ear plugs, etc.

Exam Locations

• Main Campus: 400-5750 Oak St, Vancouver
• Exam Campus: 5840 Oak St, Vancouver (Lower level, east side entrance)

Refund Policy

All exam payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This supersedes anything the College Board has stated.
