Students who lose seats on May 2023 AP EXAM

Dear parents and students,

We are writing to address the recent closure of a testing center in our area, which has unfortunately resulted in many students losing the opportunity to take the 2023 AP exams. We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to help affected students.

However, we must also prioritize the safety and well-being of all students and ensure that each student has a conducive testing environment. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept additional registrations for some exams due to capacity constraints. To ensure that exam materials are delivered on time, all listed exams will be transferred to the late schedule (May 17-19).

For those who still wish to take the exam, we are more than willing to offer transfer services for some of the exams for affected students.

To register, please visit https://www.johnathana.ca/ap-sat to download the registration form. The deadline for transfer service is April 30, 2023, at 2 PM. Please note that in your registration email, you must specify that the student is a transfer candidate and attach all three documents at the same time to info@johnathana.ca:

1. Registration form.

2. Student government-issued photo ID.

3. E-transfer payment proof (screenshot).

Due to the high volume of emails, we will not be able to reply to incomplete or late emails after the deadline. Exam availability is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following exams are available for transfer:

Chemistry, Computer Science A, European History, United States History, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Physics C: Mechanics, Biology, World History: Modern, and Physics 1: Algebra-Based.

We hope that through our efforts, we can help some students successfully participate in the 2023 AP exams.

Good Luck!
